{"id":461,"date":"2016-09-27T14:29:26","date_gmt":"2016-09-27T13:29:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.repromeda.fr\/?page_id=461"},"modified":"2018-12-20T11:17:05","modified_gmt":"2018-12-20T10:17:05","slug":"cryoconservation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.repromeda.fr\/?page_id=461","title":{"rendered":"Cryoconservation et vitrification"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cryoconservation et vitrification<\/h2>\n<p>La cryoconservation est une m\u00e9thode de conservation par le froid d&#8217;embryons surnum\u00e9raires de qualit\u00e9 dans le but de les r\u00e9utiliser \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir. Les embryons ainsi conserv\u00e9s peuvent par la suite \u00eatre d\u00e9congel\u00e9s, puis transf\u00e9r\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;ut\u00e9rus (transfert d&#8217;embryons cryopr\u00e9serv\u00e9s). Les embryons congel\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre conserv\u00e9s pendant plusieurs dizaines d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La vitrification est une m\u00e9thode de cryoconservation moderne qui est aujourd&rsquo;hui utilis\u00e9e dans tous les bons centres de reproduction. \u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence de la m\u00e9thode de cong\u00e9lation lente autrefois utilis\u00e9e o\u00f9 l&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de contr\u00f4ler le d\u00e9veloppement de cristaux de glace pour \u00e9viter au plus l&rsquo;endommagement des cellules, la vitrification n&rsquo;entra\u00eene pas du tout la formation de cristaux de glace. Lorsque les cellules sont remises \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, elles sont donc en parfait \u00e9tat et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus sont nettement meilleurs que ceux permis par les m\u00e9thodes anciennes.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi congeler les embryons ?<\/h2>\n<p>Notre fort taux de r\u00e9ussite nous permet de ne transf\u00e9rer qu&rsquo;un seul embryon dans l&rsquo;ut\u00e9rus. L&rsquo;objectif est en effet de diminuer le risque de grossesses multiples, ce qui est actuellement la tendance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale. Les embryons surnum\u00e9raires qui satisfont aux conditions pour une conservation de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat congel\u00e9, peuvent donc \u00eatre cryoconserv\u00e9s et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019avenir (transfert d&#8217;embryons cryopr\u00e9serv\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<h2>Transfert d&#8217;embryons cryopr\u00e9serv\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Le transfert d&#8217;embryons cryopr\u00e9serv\u00e9s d\u00e9signe le transfert d&#8217;embryons ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9congel\u00e9s. Il ne se fait pas uniquement avec les embryons surnum\u00e9raires, mais aussi par exemple avec les embryons ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s avec la m\u00e9thode PGD ou PGS.<\/p>\n<h2>Succ\u00e8s rencontr\u00e9s par le transfert d&#8217;embryons cryopr\u00e9serv\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Le taux de r\u00e9ussite du transfert d&#8217;embryons cryopr\u00e9serv\u00e9s est aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 que lors du transfert d&#8217;embryons frais, il peut m\u00eame parfois \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieur puisque la cryoconservation est en elle-m\u00eame une forme de s\u00e9lection des embryons de qualit\u00e9. Pour la plupart des patientes, le transfert d&#8217;embryons cryopr\u00e9serv\u00e9s a lieu lors du cycle naturel sans stimulation hormonale.<br \/>\nLes embryons, \u00e9ventuellement les spermes et les ovules, ainsi congel\u00e9s peuvent donc \u00eatre conserv\u00e9s pour une utilisation ult\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2808\"
