L&rsquo;endommagement de l&rsquo;ADN peut \u00eatre caus\u00e9 par utilisation des cigarettes, l&rsquo;environnement pollu\u00e9, l&rsquo;\u00e2ge avanc\u00e9 de l&rsquo;homme, certains m\u00e9dicaments, mais \u00e9galement de diverses maladies inflammatoires qui augmentent la temp\u00e9rature des testicules.<\/p>\n<p>Les spermatozo\u00efdes avec l&rsquo;ADN endommag\u00e9 ne sont pas capables de f\u00e9conder l&rsquo;ovule. Si le spermatozo\u00efde endommag\u00e9 f\u00e9conde un ovule, il existe une chance que l&#8217;embryon form\u00e9 r\u00e9pare les dommages et les cassures. Si le processus de r\u00e9paration \u00e9choue, la division cellulaire de l&#8217;embryon peut \u00eatre influenc\u00e9e, le d\u00e9veloppent peut s&rsquo;arr\u00eater ou cela provoque une fausse-couche.<\/p>\n<h2>Que sait faire la m\u00e9thode MACS\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Les spermatozo\u00efdes ont une dur\u00e9e de vie limit\u00e9e, qui diff\u00e8re d&rsquo;un homme \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre ainsi qu&rsquo;au sein de la population des spermatozo\u00efdes, ils meurent par un processus appel\u00e9 apoptose. M\u00eame les spermatozo\u00efdes endommag\u00e9s meurent par apoptose. L&rsquo;apoptose des spermatozo\u00efdes se manifeste par exposition de la phosphatidyls\u00e9rine. Il est ainsi possible de d\u00e9tecter les spermatozo\u00efdes apoptotiques et de les s\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, ces spermatozo\u00efdes ne peuvent pas \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9s parmi les spermatozo\u00efdes normaux. Le nouveau syst\u00e8me MACS\u00aeART Annexine V est utilis\u00e9 pour exclure les spermatozo\u00efdes endommag\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents dans l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon de sperme.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment la m\u00e9thode MACS fonctionne ?<\/h2>\n<p>Avant la s\u00e9paration, les spermatozo\u00efdes apoptotiques endommag\u00e9s sont marqu\u00e9s en utilisant des nanoparticules, ensuite, ils passent par une colonne qui capture ces spermatozo\u00efdes apoptotiques.<\/p>\n<p>Les spermatozo\u00efdes intacts et vivants passent par la colonne et sont collect\u00e9s pour une utilisation ult\u00e9rieure. Les spermatozo\u00efdes pr\u00e9par\u00e9s de cette fa\u00e7on peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour toutes les techniques d&rsquo;ins\u00e9mination dans le cadre de la reproduction assist\u00e9e (IIU, FIV, ICSI, PICSI).<\/p>\n<h2>Pour qui convient la m\u00e9thode MACS\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Nous recommandons la m\u00e9thode de s\u00e9lection des spermatozo\u00efdes par la m\u00e9thode MACS\u00ae aux patients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pr\u00e9sentant l&rsquo;infertilit\u00e9 idiopathique<\/li>\n<li>ayant une qualit\u00e9 insuffisante de l&rsquo;\u00e9jaculat<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e9sentant un plus grand nombre de cassures de l&rsquo;ADN dans les spermatozo\u00efdes<\/li>\n<li>lors des arr\u00eats \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de d\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;embryon<\/li>\n<li>lors d&rsquo;un d\u00e9veloppement anormal r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;au stade de blastocyste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pourquoi utiliser la m\u00e9thode MAC\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>MACS\u00ae augmente significativement le taux de r\u00e9ussite pour :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>f\u00e9condation de plusieurs ovules<\/li>\n<li>obtention d&rsquo;un plus grand nombre d&#8217;embryons<\/li>\n<li>poursuite du d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un plus grand nombre d&#8217;embryons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tout cela sont des facteurs gr\u00e2ce auxquels la technique MACS\u00ae augmente consid\u00e9rablement vos chances de tomber enceinte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;endommagement de l&rsquo;ADN d&rsquo;un spermatozo\u00efde peut repr\u00e9senter la cause d&rsquo;infertilit\u00e9 masculine.
